Because they are alkaline, they'll lift the hair while toning, which will eliminate any underlying warmth, unevenness, and/or banding from the lightening process. In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1:2-1:3 (color:developer) with Danger Jones Deluxe Cream Developer 5 Volume (1.5%).
Process 5-20 minutes for progressive deposit.
Shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
