1. Shake well before use.
2. Hold container 4 to 6 inches from skin to apply.
3. Spray liberally and spread evenly by hand. Reapply as needed.
4. If going out in the sun, apply 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating and immediately after towel drying.
