Just one drop of this powerful formula releases a refreshing, minty aroma that awakens and soothes the soul.

Skin: Put one drop onto damp cotton ball and apply to skin.
Aromatherapy: Infuse a warm moist towel or dab onto temples and wrists.
Massage: Blend 3 or 4 drops into 10 ml (1/3 oz.) of carrier oil or body moisturizer.
Bath: Mix 5 or 6 drops into bath water.
Manicure or Pedicure: Stir 2 or 3 drops into water.
