The Oxidant Liquid must be mixed with the RefectoCil Cream Hair Dyes to ensure brilliant color results.

Preparation: Remove contact lenses. Clean the eye-area with the oil free, lash strengthening RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover. Use RefectoCil Saline Solution to remove residues and achieve optimum results. Use RefectoCil Silicone Pads according to instructions for a lash tinting.
Mix & Apply: Mix 3/4" of cream hair dye with 10 drops of Oxidant liquid into a creamy paste. Apply to brows and/or lashes.
Application time: Lashes: 10 minutes. Brows: 5-10 minutes. The longer the application time is, the more intense the result.
Ready! Remove by using cotton wool pads and water.

Allergy test: RefectoCil recommends an allergy test (patch test) before the first application as well as after long periods without tinting.

Sufficient for about 200 applications.
Use the RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid for more intensity compared to the RefectoCil Oxidant Cream.

Water (Aqua), Hydrogen Peroxide, Triethanolamine, Phosphoric Acid, C12-13 Pareth-9.
