Perfect results in only a few STEPS:
  1. Apply RefectoCil Silicone Pads with the glossy side onto the skin, directly below the eyelid and press them gently on the skin.
  2. Apply RefectoCil eyelash Cream hair dye.
  3. After the application time, remove the cream hair dye directly from the Silicone Pads with a wet cotton pad.
