Always mix Color Touch Plus with the dedicated Color Touch Emulsion 4%.
Mixing Ratio: 1 + 2, e.g. 30 ml Creme + 60 ml Emulsion.
Mix in a bowl or in the applicator bottle.
Apply color to the roots using a brush or applicator bottle.
Virgin Application: Apply to lengths and ends using a brush or applicator bottle.
Developement Time: 20 minutes (without heat) or 15 minutes (with heat.)
Retouch Application: Apply formula to lengths and ends in the last 10 minutes of development time.
